Springfield – Luis Leonardo Ortiz, 52, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Luis was born in Vega Baja, Puerta Rico on November 4th, 1967, to his parents, Pedro Ortiz and Clara Vazquez. Luis was predeceased by his father and his sister: Luz Vazquez. Luis was very much loved by his family. Luis leaves to cherish his memories, his wife: Eloisa Rodriguez-Ortiz, his mother: Clara Vazquez, his three step sons: Jose Trillo, Jorge Lopez and Steven Lopez, three brothers: Pedro Ortiz, Eduardo Ortiz and Pedro Ramos, three sisters: Brenda Ortiz, Maria Ortiz and Gloria Ortiz, five grandchildren, and many family and friends. Visitation hours will be on Friday, May 8, 2020, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA 01109. Burial will be private.
