Luis was very much loved and he will be missed. Luis leaves to cherish his memories, his wife; Zenaida Velez, a Son; Luis Velez Jr., a Daughter; Ashley Marie Velez, 2 Stepsons; Jeffrey Alicea and Kenny Chairez, 2 Brothers; Francisco and Angel Velez, a Sister; Maria Velez, 5 Grandchildren, many family and friends.
