Springfield- Noemi Collazo, 21, passed away on December 18, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Noemi was born in Springfield, MA to Jorge Collazo and Sonia Vazquez. She leaves to cherish many friends and family. Funeral services will be held on Monday Dec. 28, at 10am at Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home Followed by a Christian burial at Springfield Cemetery. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday Dec. 27, 2015 from 4pm to 6pm and Monday Dec. 28, 9am to 10am at the Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home 730 State St. Springfield MA.
