Springfield – Sergio Perez, 54, passed away on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020. Sergio was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, on March 11th, 1966, to Sergio Perez and Bienvenida Colon. Sergio was very much loved by his family. Sergio leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Three Sons: Sergio Perez, Jr., Alex D. Perez and Joel Perez, Two Brothers: Edwin Perez and Edwin Perez, Two Sisters: Teresa Perez and Ana Rosa Alvarado, and a host of family and friends. Visitation hours will be on Sunday, September 27th, 2020, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Monday, September 28th, 2020, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, Massachusetts 01109, followed by a burial at the Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
