Agawam - Teresa Silva, 84, passed away Friday, October 9th, 2020. Teresa was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, on February 18th, 1936, to her parents Gabriel Silva and Juana Silva. Teresa was predeceased by her parents and Three Daughters: Sonia Aponte, Esther Lopez and Maria Melendez. Teresa was very much loved and she will be missed. Teresa leaves to cherish her memories, Three Sons, Juan Lopez and his wife Ethel Lopez, Fred Lopez and his wife Clara Lopez and Augie Melendez, her sister: Isabel Negron, her Brother: Javier Silva, Eleven Grandchildren, Twelve Great-Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends. Calling hours will be on Friday, October 16, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at Spanish Christian Church, 565 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01107, followed by burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
