In the early morning of Monday, June 22nd 2020, Joyce (Shaff) Johnson, born July 5, 1937, passed peacefully into the loving arms of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. For over 30 years she was lovingly cared for by her daughter Pattie. Her loving sister Cindy (Shaff) Pataki in Ithaca NY and her very first granddaughter Tonia (Slack) Hunsicker remained close with and cared for Joyce throughout their lives as well. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Augustus and Lillian Shaff as well as her daughter Lyndia. Joyce is survived by her sister Cindy and nephew Todd, daughters Pattie (Kevin McClaine) & Twyla, five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. In accordance with Joyce’s wishes, cremation has taken place and she will be buried at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
