Marguerite "Maggie" Joyce (Callaway) Raymer, 86, passed away June 18, 2020. She was born on October 2, 1933 in Battle Creek, MI, the daughter of Roy and Doris Callaway. She graduated from Battle Creek Central High School. Maggie worked at Binder Meat Market and for Dr. Gardner, then Battle Creek Equipment, before moving to Florida with her retired sister, JoAnn. They resided in New Port Richey, Florida for 28 years, where Maggie worked at Walmart for 20 years. She married Ormie Benson, which ended in divorce. She later married Clive Raymer, he precedes her in death. She is survived by her Brother, Ronald (Eldene) Callaway; Step-Sons, Mike Raymer of Augusta, William Raymer of Colorado and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Roy and Doris Callaway, Brothers and Sisters-In-Law, Jim (Betty) Callaway, Dennis (Bobbi) Callaway and Sister; JoAnn Callaway. Maggie loved her animals, she had horses and dogs when she lived in Battle Creek, and always had a dog when she was living in Florida and when she returned to Battle Creek in 2014. She enjoyed reading and crocheting, taking numerous trips to the casino in Biloxi and Hard Rock while in Florida. After returning to Battle Creek, she enjoyed the casinos, reading and crocheting.
