Patricia A. Woods,82, of Coldwater, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Drew’s Place in Coldwater. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater. Interment will be held at a later date at Oak Grove Cemetery in Coldwater. Patricia was born February 12, 1935 to Melvin and Ethel (Bush) Taylor in Coldwater. She graduated from Coldwater High School in 1953. Patricia married Paul W. Woods on June 26, 1955 in Coldwater and he preceded her in death on February 2, 2004. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant for Climax Specialty Metals in Coldwater for 13 years retiring in 2000. Patricia enjoyed the Coldwater community, playing bridge, riding her bike, playing racquet ball, gardening and landscaping, being outdoors and hosting family and friends. She was a member of the Coldwater Country Club and the Hens and Chicks Golf Group. What brought her the greatest joy was her entire family. She is survived by her children; Kim Sweezie of Ada and Gregory (Jennifer) Woods of Waxhaw, North Carolina, her grandchildren; Brock Sweezie, Alicia Sweezie, Kailee Woods and Hope Woods, her brothers; Vernon and Wayne Taylor both of Coldwater. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be directed to the charity of one’s choice.
