Ima A. Templeton Obituary

Ima Aostola Templeton, longtime resident of Roseville, died peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on April 22, 2019. She fought a courageous battle and has now won everlasting life and the crown of victory. She was 70 years of age.

Ima was born in Barbourville, Kentucky, on May 11, 1948, daughter of the late Raymond and Cecelia Miller. She was united in marriage to her beloved husband, Jerry, on February 27, 1964. The couple was blessed with two sons of whom she loved and cherished. Ima was very artistic and was an excellent baker. She was known for her cakes and her talent of decorating. Ima was also known for her candy making and everyone looked forward to their homemade sweets during the holiday's. She was very crafty, as well, enjoying macrame and crocheting. Ima was an avid reader who enjoyed doing puzzles and watching murder mystery. Above all, she loved children, especially her grandchildren, for they were the apple of her eye. Ima will always be known for her laughter, great sense of humor and the love of her family and Lord. She will be deeply missed and her light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.

Ima is the loving wife of 54 years to Jerry; dearest mother of Doug (Laurie) and Michael (Tracy); cherished grandmother of Clara, Stephanie and Christopher; and beloved sister of Diana (Ray) Hamilton, Ronald Miller and the late Linda Walsh.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 2pm - 8pm and Saturday 10am until the time of funeral at 11am. Memorial contributions may be addressed to St. Jude Children Hospital in her memory. Share memories at www.faulmannwalsh.com
