Elaine (Elzinga) Walters, special friend of Milt Schmiege, of North Muskegon and San Benito, TX, formerly of Holland, passed away on November 5, 2012 at Heartwood Lodge Hospice after twice battling Lymphoma over the past year.

She was an active TOPS member for almost 40 years; enjoyed bowling and swimming; and realized the immense joy she got from singing, especially the Lord’s praises, as she sang in many church choirs over the years, including the Messiah in Zeeland many times. She was also a generous giver of blood (with a rare type of O negative) who donated 27 precious gallons in her lifetime!
