Harry D. Kamer, age 90, of Zeeland, passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at his home.
Harry served in the army during WWII, was wounded in Italy, and awarded a Purple Heart. He was a former member of Pine Creek CRC where he served as Elder and Cadet Counselor. He was a current member of Messiah’s Independent Church. He was preceded in death by his daughter Carol Jahnke, 2 brothers, Justin and Jerry Kamer.

A funeral service will be Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00am at Messiah’s Independent Church, 4528 48th Street in Holland. Reverend Ken Anema will be officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Friday, January 17, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street in Holland. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland, 270 Hoover Blvd, Holland, MI 49423.
