A memorial service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, April 10, 2004 at The First Assembly of God 1331 East 16th Street in Holland.
Visitation will be on Friday from 7-8PM at Lakeshore Memorial Services 11939 James Street in Holland. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland. An on line registry book is available at www.lakeshorememorial.com for those who cannot attend the services.
