Obituary for Jerry E. Pennell

Jerry E. Pennell, age 78, of Holland died Sunday, April 30, 2006 at the Hospice House of Holland.

He was a member of Central Wesleyan Church and a member of its choir. He was a Leader for the Boy Scouts of America. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army and was a member of the American Legion. He had worked for C&O Railroad, Canonie Construction and Holland Special Delivery. He was preceded in death by his first wife Janis Pennell (1965) and a stepdaughter Debra Miller (2001).

He is survived by his wife Doris and children:

A memorial service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, May 4, 2006 in the Chapel at Central Wesleyan Church 446 West 40th Street in Holland. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9PM at Lakeshore Memorial Services 11939 James Street in Holland. Memorial Contributions may be made to Cornerstone Community Bible Church 6821 " County Road 612 NE Kalkaska, MI 49646 or Hospice of Holland.
