Mary C. Van Ommen, age 85 of Holland, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at home.
Mary worked at General Electric for 31 years. She also worked at Northland Bowling Lanes for 20 years. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack in 2000; a daughter, Mary; a son, Jimmy; brothers Ed, Robert and William Stille; and a sister, Helenrose Byrne.
She is survived by her children: Debra and Brian Bronson of Zeeland, Sue and Jerry Prys of Holland, Sandra and Harv DeGraw of Iowa, Jaclynn and Ken Lewis of Colorado, and Beth Byrne; 11 Grandchildren; 12 Great-grandchildren; 7 Great-great grandchildren; Brother and sister: Butch and Gail Stille of Holland, Betty Dykstra of Holland; Brother and sisters in law: Phyllis Prince of Zeeland, Dave and Lois Van Ommen of Holland, Judy and John DeJonge of Holland, Dan Van Ommen of Zeeland; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be Sunday, December 21, 2014, from 3-5:00pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, in Holland. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
