Dear Mike, Chad, and Ruth,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have great memories of Max and your family. Your home was always a fun place to visit and much of that was because of Max's sense of humor. There were games and kids and dogs all over the place and it was good! My love and prayers are with you all.

Ruth, Tom and I just read the 11/1 GH Tribune on Sunday to read about Max's passing. We knew he was sick but still, one is never prepared for this. Our prayers are with you and his children as you begin this new life chapter. May you have great memories and strong faith to give you comfort. Tom and Gail Ringelberg

Dear, Michael, Chad and Ruth,
I am so sorry for your loss, and sorry that I missed Max's memorial service. Max was such a good man, with a sweet smile and a gentle spirit. I enjoyed working with him for years in cardiac rehab, as well as privately in Physical Therapy, both at Holland Hospital and Freedom Village. It was truly a pleasure to meet each of you during his stay at Freedom Village. I could tell from our conversations he was very proud of both of his sons. May you all find peace in this time of sorrow and know that he is no longer in pain. May God bless each of you.

We offer sincere sympathies to all of you in the passing of your dad and friend. Ray was a roommate at Freedom Inn for a few days in September and Max impressed us as such a caring person. Our prayers are with all of you.
