Wilma J. Bruchmann, age 80 of Holland, passed away Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Hospice House of Holland.
Wilma was a member of South Olive Christian Reformed Church and previously a member of North Street Christian Reformed Church in Zeeland. Wilma enjoyed the many activities at Evergreen Commons and enjoyed participating in the Prime Time Program. She loved needlework, and would spend her free time with husband and their love of trains. She will be fondly remembered for her love and devotion to her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Bruchmann, parents William and Willemina Koster, a brother Bert Koster, and a sister Harriet Beukema.
Surviving are her 4 daughters, Shari and Gary Hoort of Holland, Willie (Lynn) and Al Skellenger of Iowa, Donna and Mike Goertz of Colorado, and Diane and Ron Willett of Grandville; 13 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Phyllis and Burnell Riedemann, 2 brothers, Don and Val Koster, and Bill and Paula Koster; Sisters and brother-in-law, Elfriede Petersen, Don Wirt, Lis Siebert, and Joy Gannon; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service is planned for 7:00pm Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at South Olive Christian Reformed Church, 6425 120th Avenue, Holland. Officiating will be the Rev. Aaron Bronsink.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:30pm until the time of the service at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Maple Woods or the Good Shepherd Home of Resthaven Care Communities.
