Harriet Nadine Agler was born on December 20, 1918 in Albany, New York. She was the daughter of the late Amanda Grueschow. Harriet married the love of her life Donald Goodwin Agler on April 3, 1953 and from this union came the birth of five children.
Harriet was a proud homemaker raising all of her own children along with her sister’s four children. Later on, she had the joy of grandchildren and devoted as much time as she could to them. Harriet was well-known for her laid back personality, her independent nature, and her uncanny ability of doing everything on her own. Harriet was a gentle soul and never spoke badly about anyone.
Harriet enjoyed doing arts and crafts with her family, but her favorite hobby was cross-stitching. She always kept very busy, but when it was time to relax, Harriet enjoyed watching Judge Judy or a good NASCAR race.
