Obituary for Jack Randall Mullins

Jack Randall Mullins was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on May 17, 1940. He was one of twelve children born from the late James L. Mullins Sr. and the late Barbara (Huffman) Mullins.

Later in life, Jack became a frequent fixture at the Senior Center of which he was a member. He had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed making others laugh.
