John Paul Walls was born in Trenton on February 28, 1975. He was the son of the late Raymond M. Walls Sr. and Darlene (Weinstein) Walls.
John was an excellent father. At the age of 16, he took on the responsibility of raising an infant stepdaughter as his own. He enjoyed taking his daughter with him everywhere. Later he was blessed to have additional children of his own. John took his role very seriously, he was never afraid to discipline; he had a huge heart and always wanted the very best for his children. John was a common sense kind of guy. He was a gentle and kind soul that also showed his love for others by catering to his mother. John loved all his family but he had a special place in his life for his granddaughter: Ryeliee.
John had a great sense of humor, and he loved to pull pranks. He was an avid outdoorsman. John loved food, cooking out, and bonfires. He enjoyed visiting auctions, flea markets, and garage sales. John loved to hunt and fish, drive his truck, shoot pool, and listen to music. He loved his dog: Dora.
John was always very handy around the house. He was an extremely hard worker and had a difficult time sitting still. For many years he had worked in maintenance performing grounds keeping and landscaping.
John age 37 passed away at 9:19pm, Friday, November 23, 2012 at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. In addition to his father: Raymond, his passing was preceded by a brother: Richard; a grandmother: Theresa Weinstein; and a maternal aunt: Vivian Yount.
