<p><b>Services: </b>Monday, May 22, 10:30 a.m.</p> <p><b>Visitation: </b>Sunday, May 21, 3-8 p.m.</p> <p>Esther Rose Ward, 86, of Weidman went to be with her Lord on Friday, May 19, 2006 at Isabella County Medical Care Facility with her family by her side.<br><br>A Funeral Mass for Esther will be held on Monday, May 22, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Beal City with Father John Cotter officiating. Interment will follow in the Two Rivers Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 21, 2006 from 3-8 p.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. A prayer service will be held Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the church.<br><br>Esther was born on August 22, 1919 in Beal City, the daughter of Peter and Mamie (Blundy) Martin. She married Oliver Ward on January 14, 1943 in Beal City. Esther was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. She loved her grand children and great-grandchildren. Esther enjoyed playing cards.<br><br>Esther is survived by her children, Roxanna (Richard) Becker of Mecosta and Allen (Nora) Ward of Barryton; Six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.<br><br>Esther was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers and one sister.<br></p> <p> <b>Church: </b>St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church <a target="_blank" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?q=2163+N.+Winn+Road+Mt.
