Adeline Moran Obituary

Age 89, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on Monday, June 30, 2008. She was born on October 31, 1918 in Wacousta, MI the daughter of Clair D. and Evah (Kramer) Spalding. Mrs. Moran was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and was very active in school functions. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Norman Geller; second husband, Bernard Moran; brothers, Robert, Donald, Ralph, Leon, Jack, and Edward. Surviving are her children, Tom (Alice) Geller, Teresa (Joel) Hott, Michael (Joan) Moran, Nancy Ruane, and Marge Moran; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Betty Geller; brother, Bernard (Betty) Spalding; brother-in-law, Vincent (Carolyn) Geller; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Larry King, Pastor at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. A reception will be held immediately following the services at the Parish Hall. A private family interment will take place at a later date. The family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice House of Mid MIchigan in memory of Adeline Frances Moran. On line condolences may be made at www.schraubenlehman.com
