Albert L. Hengesbach Westphalia Age 79, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013. He was born on December 8, 1933 in Westphalia the son of Lawrence and Theresa (Pohl) Hengesbach. Albert was a member of St. Mary's Church in Westphalia, the Catholic Order of Foresters and the St. Joseph Society. He was preceded in death by his children Gerry, Barbara and Daniel as well as several brothers and sisters. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Wilma (Spitzley); children Edward (Cheryl) Hengesbach, Donna (George) Huff and Karen Hengesbach; grandchildren Jessica, Mariah, Marie, Danielle, Nicole, Charlie and Brian; 6 great grandchildren; brother Linus (Pat) Hengesbach. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Mathias Thelen at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Westphalia. Rite of Committal will be at St. Mary's Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. both Monday and Tuesday at the Westphalia Chapel.
