Betty Moyer
Age 79, passed away on May 18, 2003. She was born on July 10, 1923 in Vermontville, MI the daughter of Hugh and Velma (Lamb) Whitmore. Mrs. Moyer was a lifetime member of the Portland O.E.S. #258. Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Robert "Bob" Moyer; sons, James "Jim" (Val Vroman) Moyer and Kirk (Linda) Moyer; daughter, Cheryl (James) DuMont; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister, Madeline (Vern) Cole; many nieces and nephews; many brother and sister-in-laws. The Funeral Service will be conducted by Mr. Greg Gladding at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland with interment following at North Eagle Cemetery, Eagle. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
