Carol Marie Alexander Grand Ledge Carol lost her courageous 15 year battle with cancer on 1/6/2013, surrounded by loving friends and family. Those who knew and loved Carol will certainly miss her quick wit, silly laugh and her true passion for life. Carol was born 7/28/52 in Carson City, Mi. where she lived until moving to the Lansing area. She was previously employed by Ingham Medical Hospital. Carol was preceded in death by her parents Virgilene (Palmer) and Torrence, and also brother Carl Alexander. She leaves behind her loyal and faithful friend and companion Ripley and numerous friends and family. A special thank you to Dr. Alan & Judy Neiberg and Dr. Les & Karen Puretz. There will be a celebration of Carol’s life on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Independence Village Garden Activity Room, Grand Ledge.
