Christopher Chapman Obituary

Age 17, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2003.  He was boron on October 20, 1985 in Ionia the son of Christopher and Yolanda (Carrizales) Chapman.  Chris was a graduate of the the Ionia High School Class of 2003.  He loved his family, friends, playing the guitar and drums, and was an extremely hard worker.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Antonia Carrizales; aunts, Brenda Chapman and Aurora Carrizales; cousins, Gina Meoak, Benito Carrizales, and Brandon Holmes.  surviving are his parents, Christopher and Brenda Chapman; sister, Marissa Chapman; nephew, Xavier Begerow; grandparents, Felix Carrizales and Cliff and Helen Chapman; aunts and uncles, Clayton Chapman of Nashville, MI, Calvin Chapman of Ionia, Cliff Chapman of Grand Rapids, Craig Chapman of Belding, Carol Chapman of Stanton, Colin Chapman Ionia, Carla Chapman of Ionia, and Clint Chapman of Ionia, Joe (Marsha) Carrizales of Palo, Felix Carrizales of Muskegon, Jose Angel Carrizales of Ionia, John Bailey and Juanita Carrizales of Long Lake, Lucy Meoak of Onekama, Pat Carrizales of Lyons, Arturo Carrizales of South Lyon, MI, and Lupa (Mike) Saucedo of San Marcos, Texas; Several Cousins, Relatives, and friends also survive him.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Melvin Fox, Pastor at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Rite of Committal following at Highland Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Cook Chapel, 220 Rich Street, Ionia from 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. Monday.  A Rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. Monday.
