Portland Age 82, loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather passed away on Monday, February 9, 2009. He was born on September 14, 1926 in Portland the son of Orin and Ethel Franks.Clarence served in the U.S. Army during WW II, worked at T.R.W. until his retirement in 1984 and enjoyed ice fishing and tending to his yard along the river. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters Barbara and Melinda Franks; great granddaughter Brittany; brothers Dale, Walt, Andy and Roy Franks. Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Yvonne; daughter, Belinda (Roger) Pasikowski; grandchildren Roy (Carin), Sarah, Jacob, Zachary and Nathaniel; great grandchildren Christopher, Destin, Kaden, and Logan; sisters Ada Belle Irwin, and Della Messer; sister-in-law, Sharon Roop; brother-in-law Onie (Katie) Miller and Calvin "Cal" (Carol) Miller; many nieces and nephews.
