Portland Age 55, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Dee was born on February 1, 1955 in Lansing, the son of Milton and Doris (Blackman) Smith. He was preceded in death by his mother. Surviving are his father; children, Riva and Doris Smith; grandchildren, James Smith, Sally Louchart, and Mathew Stephens; brothers, David, Dennis, Donald, and Dean; sisters, Patty, Yvonne, and Barbara.
