Dena Duistermars Manistee Dena Duistermars, aged 91, of Manistee passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at the Manistee Medical Care Center in Manistee Michigan. Dena was born April 21, 1915 in Sioux Center, IA, the daughter of the late Joe and Kate (Harsen) Klein. Dena is survived by her sons, Maynard, (Glenda) Rozeboom of Fenton, MO and Ronald (Judith) Rozeboom of Ionia, MI and daughter, Lorraine (Gerald) Patrick of Manistee, MI. 5 Grandchildren, Brian Rozeboom, Mary Rozeboom, Tammy (Robert) Balzer, Randall (Dawn) Patrick, and Matthew Rozeboom. 4 Great Grandchildren, Britni and Danielle Balzer and Hunter and Logan Patrick. Two sisters, Cora Engelsman of Sheldon, IA and Agnes Sybesma of Orange City, IA. In addition to her husband, Clarence Duistermars and her parents Dena was also preceded in death by her brother, John Klein and her sister Alice Heynen. Funeral Services will be conducted by Rev. Martin H. Culver, Pastor, at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday May 23, 2006 at Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Homes, 220 Rich Street, Ionia MI with interment following at Balcom Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the beginning of the service on Tuesday. Contributions can be made to the United Methodist Church in memory of Dena Duistermars.
