Dennis Ehlert Ionia Age 59, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2007. He was born on September 24, 1947 in Dearborn, MI. the son of Leonard and Frances Ehlert. Dennis was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and drag racing. He is survivied by his wife of 39 years, Barbara; children Bonnie Ehlert and Donald (Jen) Ehlert; 5 grandchildren Adrien Loiselle, Jarret Loiselle, Jace Loiselle, Brandon Ehlert and Brittney Ehlert; 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor John Prominski at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, September 15, 2007 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich St., Ionia. The family will receive friends 12 noon until 3 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. on Saturday. The family would ask evryone to please consider organ donation, memorial contributions will be made to an organ donation society in memory of Dennis.
