Age 86, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2004. She was born on February 10, 1918 in Ionia the daughter of Milne and Lyla (Moore) Patrick. Mrs. Grescoviak was born and raised in Ionia, graduating from Ionia High School and was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Donna married Lawrence E. Grescoviak on October 14, 1939 and he preceded her in death on December 27, 1958. Donna has 2 sisters, Irene Stout of Ionia and Dorothy Ridlington of Nenanna, Alaska and 1 brother, Voris Patrick of Seattle, Washington, who also preceded her in death. Surviving are her children, Patricia (Jack) Waldron of Grand Rapids and Larry (Susan) Grescoviak of West Bend, Wisconsin; 4 grandchildren, Peggy (Kurt) Sattler and Gail (Mark) Sattler both of Grand Rapids and Lynne Grescoviak (Brian Butler) of Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Mary (Jason) Ells of Hartland, Wisconsin; 8 great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Philip, and John Sattler, Conor and Keegan Butler and Andrew, Alyssa, and Ashley Ells. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Melvin Fox, Pastor at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 19, 2004 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with rite of committal following at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Ionia. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
