Fedewa, Dorothy E. Portland Age 90, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2005. She was born on June 26, 1914 in Westphalia the daughter of Peter and Julia (Martin) Smith. Mrs. Fedewa was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Isadore. Surviving are her daughters, Barbara (Richard) Pung Trierweiler, Patricia Fedewa, Joyce (Ron) Shepler, Diane (Daryl) Simon; son, Dennis (Pam) Fedewa; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. Dorothy and Isadore lived on their farm for 61 years, she was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at St. Patricks Catholic Church, Portland with Rev. Larry King, presiding. Rite of Committal will be in Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday and Monday at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral, 210 E. Bridge St., Portland. The Rosaries will be prayed 3 and 8 p.m. Sunday and 3 p.m., Monday. A Scriptural Wake Service will be held at 8 p.m., Monday. Memorial contributions may be to the Fr. Flohe Fund.
