Eldena Sayers
Age 93, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2005. She was born on September 2, 1912 in Lyons, MI the daughter of Warren and Edith (Buck) Utter. Mrs. Sayers was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clifton Sayers; sons, Floyd and Russell Sayers; grandson, Tom Sayers. Surviving are her daughter, Marilyn (Claude) Strickling; son, Robert (Phyllis) Sayers; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; special friends, Mary (Merle) Besson and Bette Miller. The Funeral Service will be conducted by the Rev. John Strickling at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2005 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich Street, Ionia. Interment will follow at Woodard Lake Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
