Eugene Rowley

Ionia Age 72, passed away on June 16, 2006 in Ionia. He was born on August 19, 1933 the son of George Lyle and Josphine (Dawson) Rowley. George served in the United States Army and enjoyed the outdoors including hunting and fishing. He had a love for western movies and especially spending time with his grandkids. George very much enjoyed his many friends throughout the community. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Todd Rowley in 1998, and a brother Bernard Rowley. Mr. Rowley is survived by his children: Brian (Barb) Rowley of Saranac, LaVern Rowley of Ionia, and Barry (Susan) Rowley of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren: Josh, Jacob, Raven, Brittany, Brianna, Shannon, Mandy, Micaela, Adam, Shaun and Lucas Rowley and one great-grandson; and sister, Katherine Black of Greenville. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 7, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Homes, Ionia Chapel, 220 Rich Street, Ionia, Michigan.
