Frances Mauren
Frances E. “Fran” Mauren Portland Age 82, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Frances was born July 24, 1933 in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Francis and Anna (Seib) Kidder. She was a long-time member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, the resurrection choir, the women’s golf league and retired from Independent Bank. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and five sisters. Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Richard; three children, Mark Mauren, Ann Mauren and Mike (Kathy) Mauren, all of Portland; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be officiated by Fr. Larry King at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2016 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Portland. Rite of Committal will follow at the Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lehman Funeral Homes, Portland from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., Friday with a Rosary held at 3:00 p.m. and a Christian Wake Service at 7:30 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made at the funeral home in memory of Fran Mauren.
