Francis Rose

Age 59, passed away on Thursday, April 28. 2005. He was born on October 25, 1946 in Flint, MI the son of Willard and Susie (Russell) Rose. Mr. Rose worked as a Corrections Officer for 15 years. Frank loved his 1957 Chevy 210 and 1963 Chevy Impala. He was preceded in death by his father, Willard; brothers, Willard and Harry. Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Pam; sons, Scott and Adam Rose; grandchildren, Jazlyn, Ian and Candace Rose; his "adopted" sons; mother, Susie Rose; brothers, Walter (Dawn) Rose of Flushing and Robert "Joe" Rose of Flint; sisters, Shirley (Bill) Wirgau of Flushing, Virginia Selyers, Helen Rose of Texas, Kathy Shanks of Flushing and Kay Welch of Burton; many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Harger, Pastor of Shiloh Community Church, at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2005, at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich Street, Ionia. Interment of cremains will take place at a later date. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday.
