Frank Allen Ferris of Dry Ridge, KY passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012 at home at the age of 68. He was born on June 14, 1943 in Ionia the son of the late Theodore and Eleanor (Crandell) Ferris. Mr. Ferris was a retired diesel mechanic for Republic/CSI of Williamstown, KY and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He was an avid coin collector. Mr. Ferris leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Diane Gould Ferris; 4 daughters: Jalaine (Steve) Rux of Muir, MI, Angie (Marty) Johnson of Nicholasville, KY, Brandy (Kevin Lawrence) Ferris of Lyons, MI and Melanie Linville of Sadieville, KY; 2 brothers Keith (Leslie) Ferris of Vinita, OK and Ron (Carol) Ferris of Ionia, MI; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grand child. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich St., Ionia with Pastor Will Cardinal officiating.
