Wilson, Gladys A. Portland, MI. Age 90, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2005. She was born on September 10, 1914 the daughter of Paul and Martha (Hauter) Volk. Mrs. Wilson was a life long Portland area resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold in 1989. Surviving ar her children, Donna (William) Marshall of Grand Ledge, Steve (Flora) Wilson of Lansing and Thomas (Andie) Wilson of Lansing: Grandsons Scott Wilson, Brad (Colleen) Wilson, Cory (Deidra) Wison, Jason (Jaime) Wilson, and Brian (Tara) Wilson; Great Grandchildren Savannah, Nicholas and Devin; brother, Lyndy (Romayne) Volk; sisiter-in-laws, Betty Wilson and Maxine Volk; brother-in-law, Victor McCrumb and special friend, Eleanor McConnell. The Funeral Service will be conducted by Rev. Marilyn V. Danielson, Pastor, First Congregational Church at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at the Schruaben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge St., Portland. Interment will follow at Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m., on Tuesday at the funeral home.
