Age 65, loving mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on August 4, 2010. She was born on February 28, 1945 in Ionia the daughter of Roy and Dorothy (White) Chase. Kay was a hard worker who wanted to make sure everyone had what they needed. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Darlene Clark; brother, Donald Ward; granddaughter, Alica; Surviving are her children, Frank (Ruth) Murphy of Missouri, Terri (Agustin) Juarez of Belding, Dan (Becky) Vandenberg of Rockford, and Rick Murphy of Belding; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 3 siblings, Gary (Laura) Chase of Kansas, Karen Root of Cadillac, and Glenna of Saranac; several nieces and nephews; good friend, Gladys. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 am Saturday, August 7, 2010 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Homes, Ionia.
