Lloyd L. Dickinson Ionia Age 91, went home to be with the Lord and Savior on September 23, 2010. Lloyd was born on Dec 19, 1918 to Bert and Gladys (Worthy) Dickinson in Sheridan. He was a United States Army Veteran of World War II. He worked for Mitchell Bently "General Tire" until 1976. Lloyd was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and wood-cutting man. He will be missed by all, but especially by his friends at McDonald's. Surviving are his four children, John (Janet) Dickinson of Ionia, James (Karen) Dickinson of White Cloud, Margie (Howard) Pitch of Muir, Thomas Dickinson of Ionia and his special friend Roxanne Kelly of Canada. The Memorial Service will be conducted by Pastor Larry Nalett at Palo United Methodist Church on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church.
