Louis Rademacher Obituary

Louis Joseph Rademacher, born April 5, 1937, married Gladys Feldpausch on April 4, 1959. He was a farmer and retired from General Motors with 30 years of service in 1989. He enjoyed woodworking, casinos, bingo, playing cards and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was a lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus, Westphalia Chapter. He is survived by his wife Gladys of 58 years. Children, Sharon (Bob) Fox, Janet (Lynn) Thelen, Mark (Sharon) Rademacher, David (Donna) Rademacher, 11 grandchildren, Stacy, Teisha, Garrett, Michelle, Brandon, Lance, Emilee, Chelsea, Lora, Austin and Lee, 4 great-grandchildren, Molly, Kendall, Kaynin and Kizer. He is survived by his sisters, Esther Thelen and Doris Linabarry, one brother, William Rademacher, and sister in law, Theresa Rademacher. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Eric Weber at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 17, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Saturday from 2-4 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at St. Mary’s Funeral Chapel, Westphalia. The rosary will be prayed at 3 p.m., Sunday.
