Marguerite Marie "Maggie" (Scollon) Trierweiler, age 83, of Westphalia, passed away with her family surrounding her on Wednesday, November 22, 2017. She was born September 15, 1934 in Bennington Township, MI, the daughter of William J. and Mary M. (Kenney) Scollon. Maggie was a devoted member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Westphalia. She was an avid MSU fan and she treasured her children, grandchildren, and extended family, who were most important to her. Preceding Maggie in death are her parents; husband, Mathew Trierweiler; and brother, Francis Scollon. She is survived by her loving children, Michael (Jane) Scollon, Annette (Randy) Schrauben, Joseph (Janet) Trierweiler, and Lori (Jeff) Weiss; grandchildren, Bill, Andy, Crystal, Declan, Kaleb, Justus, Tate, Kylee, Jacob, Allison, Michael, Hannah, and Cooper; great-grandchildren, Carter and Lucas; brothers, Clarence (Peggy) Scollon, Don (Jo) Scollon, and Bob (Marcia) Scollon; and several in-laws. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Eric Weber at 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 27, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Westphalia. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the St. Mary's Funeral Chapel, 210 N. Westphalia Street, Westphalia. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes.
