Marilyn McMahon
Ionia Age 79, passed away on November 22, 2010. Marilyn was born on April 12, 1931 the daughter of Wilton and Melissa (Thorpe) Youngs. She graduated from Ionia High School in June of 1948. Marilyn was employed at Riverside Center and then at Michigan Reformatory as a correctional officer for a total of 17 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Jack McMahon. Surviving are her children, Vicki (Greg) McManus of Fort Myers, FL, Janet Sullins of Wiley, TX, Kevin McMahon of Bath, Debra (Daniel) Miller of Pewamo, and Julie (John) Piselli of Ionia; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sister, Sharon (Evan) Kisela. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Ionia with Pastor Kenneth Harger presiding.
