Marion Munn

Marion V. Munn Ionia Age 92, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2007 at 6:40 p.m. He was residing at Green Acres Assisted Living Facility and was under the care of hospice before passing. He was born on August 22, 1914 in Grandville, MI the son of Sidney and Bernice (Ives) Munn. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the American Legion, V.F.W., and National Association of Letter Carriers. Marion is preceded in death by his wife of 36 years Reva Holcomb Munn, and his second wife Phyllis Durbin Munn. He is survived by his sons, Victor and Richard Munn; daughters, Susan Johnson, Marilyn Knol, and Janice Gustafson; grandchildren, Deja Munn, Kelsey Gustafson, and Adam Johnson; two great-grandchildren; as well as several daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church, Ionia with Pastor Larry Brown presiding. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich St., Ionia.
