Age 51, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2008. He was born on January 10, 1957 in Grand Rapids the son of Gerald and Genevieve (Vandenbroeck) Cyr. Mr. Cyr was an avid Nascar #88, and U of M fan who loved his CB, camping, boating, his truck and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Rose Ann Cyr; 3 children, Amy Cyr, Connie (Garfield) Barnett, and Aaron (Lila Lumbert) Doty; 7 grandchildren; sister, Patty Cyr; brother, Jerry Cyr. The Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2008 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland.
