Rather than flowers, a special request: As you know, our mom was an amazing, giving woman. We are so grateful for every moment we had with her but we had ten more years of those moments because of the lung transplant she received at the Cleveland Clinic in January 2004 and the outstanding care she received in the years after. The Cleveland Clinic is a forerunner in research, training medical professionals, and treating individual patients. It changes lives. It saves lives. And whether you knew Nancy as Mom, Grandma, Aunt, or friend, you know it changed all of ours by saving hers. Today we ask you to consider donating to others in her name rather than sending flowers to the funeral home. Please join us in helping support Cleveland Clinic and specifically, one of her Transplant Surgeon's "Breath of Life" Fund. Every dollar helps; whatever you can contribute is very much appreciated. Together, we can improve the lives of not just today's patients, but those of the future as well. Thank you for considering our request. Respectfully, Cindy, Sandy, and Sue Memorial donations to the Cleveland Clinic "Breath of Life" Fund in mom's name can be sent to the address below: > Dr. Marie Budev > Attn: Breath of Life Fund > 9500 Euclid Ave. > Cleveland, OH 44195 > (just write "in memorial of Nancy Ernest" in the memo line)> > or online at the following link to her personal page: > http://ccf.convio.net/site/TR?px=2821561&pg=personal&fr_id=1390&et=0vyzBrPFU9AgHThEseytBQ
