Age 66, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2003.  He was born on August 24, 1937 in North Canton, Ohio the son of Roy and Ruth (Dagger) Livingston.  Mr. Livingston was an active member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church holding positions on the Pastoral and Finance Councils, a Past Grand Knight of the Portland Knights of Columbus Council #2168, and a 4th Degree Member of the Fr. George Godez Assembly #1509.  He was a Past Member of the Sunfield Fire Board, retired from United Airlines after many years of service, and continued working for the Portland Federal Credit Union.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Shirley Ellsworth.  Surviving are his wife, Janice Lynn (Brown) Livingston; children, Richard (Connie) Lazarus of Portland, Vivian Amy (Ron) Patrick of Lake Odessa, Dawn (David) Fletcher of Crystal, Roy George (Karen) Livingston, Jr. of Dover, FL, Joseph Lazarus of Portland, Mary (Kevin) Jayne of St. Johns, Elizabeth (Edwin) Helms of Ionia, Carl Eric Livingston of Springdale, Arkansas, Laura (Mark) Davis of Portland, and Matthew Livingston of Rochester; 26 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Marian Brown of Portland; sister, Margaret Schwallie of North Canton, Ohio; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Shamaun Beas, Associate Pastor at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2003 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Portland.  Rite of Committal will take place in the Spring of 2004 at East Sebewa Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Portland from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.  Rosaries will be prayed at 8 p.m. Saturday and 3 and 8 p.m. Sunday.  In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fr. Flohe Foundation, c/o St. Patrick's Parish, or to the Family Wishes, in memory of R. George Livingston.
