Shirley Ann Habegger Portland Age 82, went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 24, 2017. Shirley was born on March 23, 1935 in Decatur, IN the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Thornton) Workinger. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Portland. Shirley loved her family and was a baby sitter to many children in Portland and was a like a "second mom" to many. She also enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers. Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Roger; daughters Sheri (John) Brundage of Clarkston and Gayle (Paul) Coates of Zeeland; grandchildren Stephanie, Katie, Rachel and Lauren Brundage, Nathan and Kyle Coates. Religious Services will be conducted by Pastor Gary Coleman at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 29, 2017 at First Baptist Church, Portland. Interment will follow at Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday at the Lehman Funeral Homes, 210 E. Bridge St. , Portland and from 12:00 p.m. until the the time of the service at the church.
