Stephen Kramer Obituary

Age 83, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2003.  He was born on August 10, 1919 in Pewamo the son of Carl and Regina (Thelen) Kramer.  Mr. Kramer was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.  He was a farmer all his life and a member of the Farm Bureau.  He married Mary Anne Schafer on August 30, 1944 in Hubbardston, MI.  He enjoyed the outdoors, drives along the countryside, and visiting friends and family.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Monica Kramer; brother Bruce Kramer.  Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Mary Anne; brother Carl (Wanda) Kramer of Pewamo; sister-in-law Lucille Kramer of Pewamo; several nieces and nephews.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Charlon O. Mason, Pastor at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 15, 2003 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rite of Committal following at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the St. Mary's Funeral Chapel, 210 N. Westphalia Street, Westphalia from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.  A rosary will be prayed at 3 p.m. and a Scriptural Wake Service  will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday.  For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph Educational Trust Fund, in memory of Stephen P.
