Therese H. Trierweiler Westphalia, Michigan Therese H. Trierweiler, 71, of Westphalia, a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, went home to join the Lord on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. She was born on March 13, 1944, in Westphalia, the daughter of Joseph P. and Pauline (Thelen) Martin. She was married to Leland R. Trierweiler on October 12, 1963. She was a member of St. Mary's Church in Westphalia. Her first love was her family and she also enjoyed traveling to visit them. She was always there when needed and will be sorely missed. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph P. and Pauline Martin; her father- and mother-in-law Leland and Marcella Trierweiler, her two godchildren Michelle (Harr) Cook and Tricia Berger and several brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 51 years, Leland (Lee) Trierweiler, of Westphalia; her children Laura(George) Boyle, Roy (Jamie) Trierweiler, Marie (Jerry) Long, Sandra (Charles) Rollins, April (Chris) Vanderslice, Lynn (Steve) Robinson, Larry Trierweiler, Amanda (Justin) Pung, Rebecca (Paul) Osbourne, 17 grandchildren, sisters Josephine Thelen, Maryann Wirth, Bernadette (James) Fox, Celine Harr, Rita (David) Feldpausch, and Imelda (Wayne) Berger; brothers Paul (Pam) Martin, Tony (Patricia) Martin, Francis (Marlene) Martin and Luke Martin. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Eric Weber, Pastor of St. Mary's at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2015, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Westphalia, with the Rite of Committal following at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the St. Mary's Funeral Chapel, 210 N. Westphalia St., Westphalia from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17. The rosary will be prayed at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on both days. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Home, Portland. Online condolences may be made at www.lehmanfuneralhomes.com.
