Age 58, loving wife of Thomas passed away on Monday, April 11, 2005. after a short illness at Harper University Hospital of Detroit. She was born on December 31, 1946 in Grand Rapids, MI the daughter of Walter James and Marilyn B. (Meyers) Smith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Smith; sister, Susan Coleman. Surviving are her husband, Tom Reynolds; son, Tommy (Chris) Reynolds; daughter, Becky Reynolds; three grandchildren, Andria, T.J. and Allie; father, Walter Smith; two sisters, Carol (Thomas) Howland and Lynda (Gregory) Bent; many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces. She will be missed by many friends. The Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland, with the Rev. Larry King, Pastor of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Portland, presiding. Rite of Committal will follow at Danby Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, and 5-9 p.m. Wednesday. A Vigil Service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Bone Marrow Transplant Department, Harper Hospital, Detroit, MI, in memory of Mrs. Wanda Joy Reynolds.
